Recently with the heat being close to the 100's everyday, we keep hearing complaining that it's too hot! Well the good thing about the heat, is you can use it to your advantage!

Sweating, opening up your detoxification pathways through your pores, and allowing your body to acclimatize to the heat can help you lose weight! Anytime you are sweating you are burning calories, and getting out in the heat and doing anything in the heat will cause you to sweat more. Getting out in the sun and sun bathing or belly bathing daily helps your body absorb vitamin D. You can also ground yourself by walking barefoot in the grass or laying in the grass. You can use that time to reflect and meditate allowing your body to let go of emotional stuff you are going through and fully relax. Allowing your body to acclimatize to the heat also allows you to sleep better and even helps save on your electricity bill, so you don't have your AC turned up so high!
